Return Policy:
At Trillium Supply Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.
Easy Returns: You have a generous 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If 30 days have passed, no worries – we are here to help in any way we can. The item must not be used.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: For your peace of mind, we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work diligently to ensure your concerns are addressed and resolved to your satisfaction.
Restocking Fee: A standard restocking fee of 20% applies to all products returned within the 30 day window. Special order or custom items do not qualify for returns and are considered final sale items.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from our return policy for hygiene and safety reasons. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids. In addition, large custom spec'd orders will not be refundable. Custom configured orders are not eligible for returns.
No-Hassle Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items with signs of use, or items not in their original condition.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If issues persist, please submit a refund request via chat.
Exchanges: Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchanges. Simply reach out to us via chat and we will help you.
Gift Returns: Gifted items can be returned for a gift credit. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Details: To return your product, mail it to 51284 Danview Technology Ct. Shelby Twp. MI 48315, United States. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In some cases, we will provide you with a shipping label or return your funds without the need to return the item.
